For escorts, service providers, adult entertainers, content creators, fssw, and luxury companions who are wondering how to add Bluesky to their repertoire with minimal effort, I've made a number of feeds to make starting up your Bluesky AND being seen by clients way easier. There are some instructions for clients trying to find providers too, so don't hesitate to share this guide with them.

Feeds are public lists where providers can appear by using specific hashtags or terms. Clients pin these feeds to their homepage to find providers without needing to follow them first, see ads, or wait for reposts. You can also pin feeds to your page to see/meet/network with other providers.
My default feed when I login Bluesky is OurSky. Basically, I only see and interact with other providers unless I choose to step outside of that 'bubble'. I don't really feel the need to interact with civvie content as much as I do Twitter simply because the motivation for that there is it increases reach. On Bsky it seems to mostly increase follower count. I would rather show my personality to clients via original posts showcasing my interests rather than pad my follower numbers posting engagement bait or retweets. But like with all social media, YMMV and you should experiment to find what works best for you and your brand. My focus is on growing awareness of OurSky so that we (and the people who come after) can have a place of our own rather than engaging with civvies. As you learn the platform, you will develop your own preference and plan as well. The beauty with any new platform is there's not a "right" answer. Things like "engagement groups" will not help you here. Being original and posting quality content will.
Hashtags are alive and well but also optional, depending on the feed. Terms and ALT text can also trigger feeds. Every feed has its own unique rules. Use the terms OR hashtags required for the feed to grab your post.
DO NOT ABUSE ALT TEXT AND STUFF IT FULL OF "KEYWORDS". Include a single keyword NATURALLY in your description. Abuse of ALT text via spam will get you removed from OurSky
