Within 3-10 days you will receive a 50% refund.
Within 11-15 days you will receive a 25% refund.
The refund will be via e-gift card and you will have a selection of stores.
If your account is cancelled for a ToS violation, there is no refund.
In the worst case scenario of the site disappearing (If I die, not a legal issue - I'll fight that with every breath in my body) you'd only lose your host. You'd still have your email and domain. You could find a new host, be back up same day.
Also, I can't make something more secure than ProtonMail. There's no ifs ands or buts about that. They have an amazing product. I can help you set up email@example.com through them which is superior to email through the cPanel.
I offer hosting and migration assistance primarily. I also have offer design options. If I managed everything for you and anything happened (injury, illness, death) you'd lose as little as possible. Not being the Walmart of the Web is one of the ways I see best to protect you. Does it mean a little more set up time? Sure, but in the end keeping products separate will save you a lot of headache if anything goes down.
